Why don't we just do away with the entire judicial system and let people be taken at face value?

Let the liberals accept all ex-convicts in their homes. Afterall, they are so embracing and kind to all types of human beings..

In other words, this is code. Employers are so ever fearful of defamation lawsuits, they will not release any negatives about a former employer. On the other hand, can the new employer who based their hiring decision on the former employer's recommendation letter sue them for lying? -- They can make claim that former employer want it former employee to get a new job, so that they would not have to pay unemployment benefits.

Peer pressure can be a major negative force in the lives of children and adolescents, often resulting in their experimentation with tobacco, alcohol, and illegal drugs or other illegal activities. In return, this also leads to a life of crime.
By the way, I found your article to be very informative and challenging to what may be considered "established" beliefs.
